Topic(s): Scientific Body Type Quiz & Most Attractive Female Body Type
Host: Marc Nelson, lead scientific researcher at Fellow One Research (Gen X)
Co-Host: Turbo Ryer, fitness trainer, nutritionist & life coach (Gen Z)
Episode Overview: The discussion opens with a review of Turbo’s Scientific Body Type Quiz results. The conversation then shifts to explore the most attractive female body type.
Body Type Hype Podcast episode one explores Turbo’s Scientific Body Type Quiz results (1263) that reveal he is a Body Type One (BT1). His overall diet, exercise, and lifestyle FORCA and FORTH health scores, which are based on the latest scientific standards, are pushing very healthy. Metabolically, his Mifflin St Jeor formula FORMA metabolism score is normal and his Harris-Benedict equation FORMR metabolic rate score is increased (pushing the body limits). Moreover, his scientifically calculated BMI (Body Mass Index) is minimal risk.
Due to his skinny fat issues and history of being overweight and obese, it is possible he is a strong Body Type Two (BT2) with perhaps a few slightly underdeveloped lumbar vertebrae, no less. It was clarified that the FORMR score also calculates Adjusted BMR, which takes into account skinny fat relative to daily required calories. Finally, he has no history of a doctor-diagnosed hormone imbalance or structural abnormalities (scoliosis, Poland’s syndrome, etc.).
Body Type Hype Podcast, Episode One – Most Attractive Female Body Type
The discourse then shifted to explore each host’s thoughts on the most attractive female body type. Referencing the celebrity body types, each host gave their opinion on Body Type Four (BT4) Lizzo and Body Type One (BT1) Gigi Hadid. Generational body type expectations relative to questionable marketing and media influence as well as respecting that body type attractiveness is very personal and individualized (and the need to do polling) closed out a very interesting and informative Body Type Hype Episode One.
