OPWG Podcast Episode Thirty-Four Overview – Audiobook Chapter One (1), The Four Body Types and Star Power – Page 16

This week’s Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) Podcast Episode Thirty-Four (34) continues Chapter One (1) of the audiobook, The Four Body Types and Star Power – Page 16. The discussion between the author, Walter Hego, and the main Fellow One Research researcher, Gnosis, shifts to The Four Body Types and how Body Type Science identifies each specific body type by the development, or lack thereof, of vertebrae in relation to muscles/muscle mass and posture (spinal extension).

“…And relative to the specific situation or happening and all the variables involved, is what affects karma.”

As I finished, Walter polished off his glass of water. “Understood. I think we are making solid progress. I need to take a quick break,” he said. Politely excusing himself, he quickly rose to use the restroom and refill his glass.

The quintessential autumn day revealed a dazzling sun gleaming omnipotently overhead as Mother Nature proudly boasted a kaleidoscope of vivid colors. A group of deer had made their way in and were tidying up the loose fruit that had fallen to the ground. I grabbed the pair of binoculars sitting on the sill to more closely admire the enchanting scene. After a few minutes of quiet enjoyment, Walter returned. I placed the optics back on their perch and somewhat reluctantly made my way back to my seat, though I was keen to get back to
our conversation.

Sitting down, situating his refreshed glass of water and making himself comfortable again, Walter started right in on the conversation, saying, “How many body types are there?”

“Four,” I responded.

“How do you know with such certainty that there are only four?” Walter inquired, sounding more like an interrogator.

“Spinal extension,” I said with conviction. “How each specific individual human body is built is determined by genetic encoding, which is essentially the blueprint for development. The skeleton, more specifically the spine and all vertebrae, serves as the structural framework for the human body. Each individual vertebra plays a significant role in that structure, along with things like cartilage, ligaments, tendons, nerves, and muscle. Whether or not each specific individual vertebra is fully and properly functional relative to the overall development of the muscle that is attached to it determines if each individual vertebra is defined as either extended or unextended, to whatever degree. A vertebra that is fully extended and functional while having mostly to fully developed muscle and muscle mass is defined as an extended vertebra. A spine that has all vertebrae fully extended is called a fully extended spine, which is a Body Type One.”
