OPWG Podcast Episode Twenty Three Overview – Audiobook Chapter One (1), The Four Body Types and Star Power – Page 5

This week’s Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) Podcast Episode Twenty Three (23) continues Chapter One (1) of the audiobook, The Four Body Types and Star Power – Page 5. The discussion between the author, Walter Hego, and the main Fellow One Research researcher, Gnosis, winds along into more solid detail about soul energy, star power, IT factor, the human energy system, holding the energy, celebrity/fame, and The Four Body Types.

I answered, “Roughly, yes.”

“Then people with soul energy that would equate to more like 5,000 to 10,000-watts or more would qualify as being ‘famous?’” Walter asked.

I replied, “For the most part, yes, keeping in mind the degree of influence, positive or negative, of variables like body type, ability to hold the energy, star power, ‘it’ factor, the human energy system, and choice.”

But most of all, it is rare to find someone who can really follow along without having to constantly interrupt my train of thought for clarification, while symbiotically participating in smoothly moving the conversation forward as each moment and situation requires. Most times he has a solid, usually well-thought-out and researched opinion, at least when he has had real time to ponder and look at things. His ability to think on his feet and rap off information like he is reading an encyclopedia reference on his smartphone, that may be one of the most impressive talents Walter uses well. He is the type of person who can hold the energy and withstand heat very well. This makes conversing with him so much more worthwhile and enjoyable.

After a brief time to gather his thoughts, Walter continued with his questioning, “What you are saying is that human body type, what you call The Four Body Types, directly affects a person’s ability to hold more or less energy?”

“Correct,” I answered.

“How?” Walter immediately replied.

“Muscle, for one. Even though the average human body is born with the same general 33 vertebrae and 650 muscles, that does not mean all vertebrae and muscles have the same development, mass, or posture. Muscle, in particular muscle mass, by its very nature and purpose holds more energy than fat. Fat can hold some energy, but it is inferior in nearly every way to muscle, aside from perhaps being a better insulator. This is especially true when it comes to holding the energy in grace, meaning when all muscle and muscle mass is properly built throughout the body as a whole, with the body being in a true state of balance; what I call a fully developed Body Type One,” I said.
