The Four Body Types definitions were explained in relation to the Scientific Body Type Quiz. In terms of the 26 human vertebrae — 7 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, 1 sacrum, and 1 coccyx — the Quiz allows the user to rate each of their individual vertebrae, corresponding muscles/mass Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One BT1 - Body Type Hype Podcastdevelopment, or lack thereof, and skinny fat on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is fully undeveloped, 10 is fully developed).

The Standard Scientific Human Body Anatomy Book Body Type One (BT1) image is the standard all Quiz participants use to judge their own bodies. The user chooses which body type they are, as per The Four Body Type definitions. The expert Scientific Body Type Quiz scientific team will then review each participant’s results, and make any necessary expert adjustments to determine the uses official body type.

The Four Body Types Definitions

 

Body Type One (BT1)– All 26 vertebrae are fully developed, 0 vertebrae are underdeveloped in relation to posture, muscles/muscle mass, and skinny fat. On a scale of 1-10 (1 is fully undeveloped, 10 is fully developed), the user can rate each vertebra a 9 or 10 and still be a BT1.

Body Type Two (BT2) – Between 25 and 18 vertebrae are fully developed, 1-8 vertebrae are underdeveloped in relation to posture, muscles/muscle mass, and skinny fat. On a scale of 1-10 (1 is fully undeveloped, 10 is fully developed), if the user rates 1 to 8 vertebra an 8 or less, they are a BT2.

Body Type Three (BT3) – Between 17 and 9 vertebrae are fully developed, 9-17 vertebrae are underdeveloped in relation to posture, muscles/muscle mass, and skinny fat. On a scale of 1-10 (1 is fully undeveloped, 10 is fully developed), if the user rates 9 to 17 vertebrae an 8 or less, they are a BT3.

Body Type Four (BT4) – Between 8 and 0 vertebrae are fully developed, 18-26 vertebrae are underdeveloped in relation to posture, muscles/muscle mass, and skinny fat. On a scale of 1-10 (1 is fully undeveloped, 10 is fully developed), if the user rates 18 to 26 vertebrae an 8 or less, they are a BT4.

Skinny Fat (Cellulite, Thin Fat, Loose Skin, Saggy Skin, Crepey Skin, Normal Weight Obesity)After clarifying The Four Body Types definitions, the discourse shifted to the best ways to use diet, exercise, and lifestyle to deal with skinny fat. Conventionally, there is no way currently to get rid of cellulite and other forms of skinny fat. Utilizing proper diet and exercise routines, both cardio and resistance, can help reduce skinny fat. But, there is no FDA-approved method to get rid of any form of skinny fat at this time.

Every human body is unique, thanks to genetics. The body positive movement/body positivity has its place in things, but it is unacceptable to try and normalize obesity just as body shaming, hating, bullying, and trolling will not be tolerated. Both hosts encouraged listeners to get to know their true genetic body type and accept it as it is, subsequently finding the best diet, exercise, and lifestyle so they can be as healthy as possible in the short and long term.
