Three Body Types: Ectomorph – Endomorph – Mesomorph
In the 1940s, William Herbert Sheldon created the three body types known as somatotypes, or the endomorph, ectomorph, and mesomorph body types. These debunked body types have no scientific definitions which is why they were fully discredited in the 1950s — 70 years ago. They are unscientific, baseless, arbitrary, subjective, nonsense shapes.
Although hormones do indeed have short and long-term effects on the human body, the hormone body types do not scientifically explain why there are so many different human body shapes in the world either. It is a fact that there are countless Body Type Two (BT2), Body Type Three (BT3), and Body Type Four (BT4) people in the world who have never been diagnosed by their licensed medical doctor with any type of hormone imbalance, yet they still are not a Standard Body Type One (BT1).
Unlike the three body types, The Four Body Types scientifically define human body type — AKA genetic scientific body type — in terms of genetics, muscle/mass, and skinny fat, no less. Review the Body Type Science Research Data.
