The lack of development of his vertebrae (posture), muscles, and muscle mass are obvious, including his underdeveloped Classic Arch and Dimples.  This is especially true relative to most of his thoracic vertebrae as well as all the lumbar and sacrum vertebrae.

Science recognizes that one (1) pound of muscle mass burns six (6) calories per day, but one (1) pound of skinny fat/fat mass only burns two (2) to three (3) calories daily, which directly affects metabolism. This means that the excess fat along with skinny fat is slowing down his metabolism. Which, in turn, negatively affects his basal metabolic rate (BMR), no less.

The additional fat (and probably obesity) along with skinny fat including cellulite and loose/saggy skin are readily apparent. These are well-known disadvantages of a BT3 human body (male or female). It will be interesting to see how well James Corden can successfully keep the excess fat off and manage his weight and physique as his metabolism continues to slow due to aging.
