Celebrity Jennifer Aniston shows-offs her Body Type One (BT1) shape/figure while on vacation at the beach with her ex-husband Justin Theroux. She is still looking great in her early 50s, although, the candid images do reveal faint signs of slight weight gain and possible skinny fat (cellulite, etc.) on her upper legs, buttock, lower back, love handles, and lower abdomen, no less. Just extra holiday weight?
Time will tell. But the full development of the posture and muscles/mass relative to her lower lumbar vertebrae, including Classic Arch and Dimples, along with possibly the sacrum vertebra, is debatable. Perhaps she is really a Body Type Two (BT2) with a slightly underdeveloped lower lumbar vertebra or two, maybe even the sacrum vertebra?
BMI and genetics/DNA are important, but diet, exercise, and lifestyle also matter. Science recognizes that one pound of muscle burns six calories daily, but one pound of fat/skinny fat only burns two to three calories. Which directly affects metabolism.
Having all those developed vertebrae, muscles, and muscle mass assists greatly in terms of metabolism (BMR) and metabolic rate. As she continues to age, it will be interesting to see how well Jennifer Aniston maintains her body shape figure.
